Design Your Own a.k.a. "Nice Ideas"
If you have submitted a "nice idea" prior to October 15, 2009, your idea was not received due to a technical issue. Please re-submit your idea and we will review it as soon as possible.Since nice turtle.com began in 2007 we have met tons of people with great ideas for new shirts and products. That is what led us to develop "nice ideas".Now anyone with an internet connection can send us their original nice turtle design ideas. Our staff will brows through all of the suggestions and test them for marketability, appeal, and consistancy with the nice turtle image. Once we have 3 marketable entries we will put them out there for a little competition.
We will create 1 shirt for each design and the first design to sell 20 pieces will become a permanent part member of the nice turtle catalog and the name of the designer will be featured in the product listing. The winning designer will be given the choice of either a free shirt or a $20 iTunes gift card.
*By submitting your ideas you certify that you are the author or sole owner of the material you are submitting to Artistic Concepts (nice turtle's parent company). Artistic Concepts and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. You agree to indemnify niceturtle.com for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material.
You also agree that: (a) your ideas will automatically become the property of Artistic Concepts, without compensation to you, (b) Artistic Concepts can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, and (c) any information you provide will be considered non-confidential. (d) If two people submit the same ideas, we will credit the first submission we receive. (e) If your design is chosen for the contest you will be notified by a member of our staff to verify your contact information. (f) It is possible that we are already working on or have completed a design that is similar to one you have submitted. If this is the case we will not be able to credit you with the design.Tech Specs for file uploads:
